2014-04-06_1734The Mentalist makes a return to screen next week after a lengthy absence, resuming Season 6.

This picks up from Episode 4, “Red Listed,” which aired in the US in October.

Jane reveals that a list of fake Red John suspects he planted was stolen, and the team realizes these men are in danger.

8:30pm Sunday April 13 (I wouldn’t be surprised if it moves to a later timeslot in May).

  1. Yay, finally. About bloody time ch 9!!! I was hoping it would replace Fat Tony or Love Child when they finished. Just hope they don’t show 2 eps & take it off like they usually do. By some miracle I have managed not to find out who Red John is.

    I was wondering the same about Person Of Interest too, hope it comes back soon, it’s been really good lately.

  3. POI will return whenever Nine’s programming dept throw a dart at the board and hit “New Episode of POI”.

    Having screwed around so much with the Mentalist it is unlikely to succeed at 8:52pm Sunday against A Place To Call Home. So they will probably be throwing again darts soon, cross your fingers.

  7. Nine screen a double episode of Fat Tony leaving a TBA in the TV guides and it gets filled by… the return of The Mentalist which they dumped after 3 episodes over Summer because it rated too well.

    Followed by a repeat of The Mentalist which was dumped after 2 episodes over Summer for rating too badly.

    And just when Person of Interest starts an interesting arc we get more repeats of old episodes.
