Arrow fans will be pleased to learn the action series returns to screens next week on Nine.
It’s back with a double episode at 8:30pm next Tuesday night.
Diggle (David Ramsey) and Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) travel to Lian Yu in search of Oliver (Stephen Amell) who left Starling City after The Undertaking. Convinced to return home, Oliver finds that things are in worse shape than he thought – Isabel Rochev (guest star Summer Glau) is preparing a hostile takeover of Queen Consolidated, Thea (Willa Holland) refuses to visit Moira (Susanna Thompson) in jail, Roy (Colton Haynes) is trying to fill the void left by the Arrow’s absence, and Laurel (Katie Cassidy) is working with the District Attorney’s office to take down the vigilante.
These episodes aired in the US last October.
Meanwhile, the show has been renewed for a third season.

The Ratings for arrow season 2 in the USA were huge wonder what it will be like in Australia
Surely Nine would run The Flash and if it doesn’t work out put it on Go! They should put it on with Arrow as its lead-in audience in the 9.30 timeslot.
Lol Season 2 finished a few months ago season 3 starts in October along with the new Flash TV Series hope it gets picked up by a network
Interesting. I don’t know if I’ll be able to watch this but I’ll try to do so.
I thought that they would do a double ep opener. Its still a mystery as to why it couldn’t have started tonight tho.
With a double episode as well tying to eat in to Under the Dome and a repeat of NCIS LA after. I think it might work.
Great that it is back! On a new night too. Why wait until State of Origin is finished and put it on a Tuesday, when it aired on a Wednesday last year?
How do programmers make these decisions? How do they recruit programmers? Could I apply?
