Controversial US documentary Eaten Alive, in which a man will attempt to be swallowed whole by an anaconda whilst wearing a “snake-proof” suit, will air in Australia next week.
Naturalist Paul Rosalie heads to Peru in hopes of capturing the world’s largest anaconda deep in the Amazon. If he succeeds, he’ll try something no one has ever dared – wearing a custom-built suit, Paul will attempt to be Eaten Alive.
The two hour special has raised questions about animal welfare, but Rosalie said on Twitter “If u know me – I would never hurt a living thing.”
Rosalie, who is understood to have filmed and completed the daring stunt, will be seen on the US Discovery channel this Sunday, ahead of its Australian premiere.
Do. Not. Attempt. At. Home.
8:30 pm Friday 12 December on Discovery.

“I would never hurt a living thing”, he says. So how will he get out? Wait to be ‘passed’? Have a Snake Whisperer ask the creature nicely to vomit? Think I’d rather read what happens than watch it, thanks.
Discovery continues its fine record of showing footage of animal abuse dressed up as awesomebro documentaries.
Yeh well being swallowed by an ordinary anaconda is one thing but he really should raise the bar and be eaten by ‘the’ aconda!!!. 🙂
The idiot has already revealed what happened,so don’t need to watch it
