Season 3 of Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. is now locked in for a return on Seven from next week, after some confusion as to whether it was returning to Free to Air or Pay TV.
It is screening 10:30pm twice-weekly, Sundays and Wednesdays from December 13.
“Laws of Nature ”
With Director Phil Coulson (Clark Gregg) and Agent Daisy Johnson (Chloe Bennet) leading the charge as S.H.I.E.L.D. searches the world for more powered people in the aftermath of their epic battle with Jiaying and her army of Inhumans. However, Coulson and the team soon find out that they are not the only group looking for these new Inhumans.
These episodes aired in the US in September.
No word yet on Agent Carter which Seven previously touted.

Yes C7 Agent Carter where is it S2 Starts in the Us on Dec 29
Agent Carter series 2 premieres in the states on jan 19
Airing after 10:30pm (let’s be realistic – Seven never airs shows on the hour) and in double eps is just a waste. Seven never should have interfered with FOX8 getting it. At least they were planning on airing it in prime time and in HD. But although I whinge I’ll still be watching – just on my PVR or on Plus7 like usual.
I don’t see it as whinging, It’s a legitimate concern. When all know what Seven will play between Tennis and the start of the rating season.
I struggled with the first two seasons but season three has been excellent.
Yes i certainly struggled with last season, wasn’t sure if I’ll keep watching. But on your recomendation I’ll check it out.
The writing shift is very obvious. I hope you’ll agree it’s worth it, Stevie.
This does seem like a waste, leaving it until non-ratings then airing it at 10:30
Strange they are showing two episodes a week considering it has its mid-season finale this week which is episode 10 and doesn’t return until early March 2016 in the US. Keep an eye out for episode 5 of this season. Jemma (Elizabeth Henstridge) shines bright in this episode.
They probably want it out of the way before the tennis starts.
With the upcoming non-ratings dark period coming up, when TV schedules are filled up with repeats of factual TV, old sitcoms and other stuff, Seven still decides to play Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D at 10:30pm? Really guys how hard is it?
AOS is a niche show and its certainly not going to rate well enough to hold an earlier timeslot in S3.
Seven were going to offload it to Foxtel.
