In the 3 part series the trio seek to improve cooking, health and bank balances by dishing up the plain facts about food.

Episode One:
Tom is on a mission to improve everyone’s cooking skills one dish at a time and responds to the public’s kitchen disasters. This time, he’s in Poole and Weymouth to help viewers who have problems cooking fish and poached eggs. He also shares his trade secret for perfect pork by using a process called brining, and talks through garnishes. Professor Roberts reveals that three quarters of the UK population are taking home a food poisoning bug with them from the supermarket, and takes a look at gluten free products and diet. Meanwhile, Sean is pulling apart the ingredients in some every day foods – this time it’s pasta.
