Richard Hammond has been injured after a motorbike crash while filming The Grand Tour in Mozambique.
The former Top Gear host, 47, was knocked out after falling from the bike and hitting his head.
“He really did hurt himself quite badly,” said Jeremy Clarkson.
But he was also miles from medical attention with Clarkson quipping: “We don’t do hospitals.”
A source told The Sun: “Richard was travelling quite fast when he came off. It caused instant horror on set.
“There was a lot of concern.
Hammond almost died in a collision racing at 463 kmh in the UK in 2006.
The Grand Tour screens in Australia through Amazon Prime.

Dare I ask if he was wearing a helmet, hitting his head to me means that he wasn’t wearing one ?
You can still hit your head wearing a helmet and in the past they have worn helmets so I don’t see why they wouldn’t now.
