Airdate: Amy Schumer presents Sam Morril

New York comedian Sam Morril features in a stand-up showcase on Comedy.

Stand-up special Amy Schumer presents Sam Morril will air on the Comedy channel later this month.

This screens in the US next week.

Sam Morril teams up with Amy Schumer to deliver joke after joke in his first one-hour stand-up special. Morril points out why babies seem racist and argues that porn is more body positive than women’s magazines. Whether he’s talking about his exes, crappy customer service or anti-Semitic bigots, no one is safe from his mind. Morril is one of the fastest-rising stand-up comics in New York City and one of the best joke writers in the scene today. He was named one of Comedy Central’s Comics to Watch in 2011 and has performed multiple stand-up sets on Comedy Central’s Adam Devine’s House Party, The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, and Conan. He’s also had stints on Last Comic Standing, America’s Got Talent, @midnight with Chris Hardwick, and Inside Amy Schumer.

Friday September 28 at 8.30pm on Comedy.
