Axed: Animals

HBO animated series Animals has been axed after 3 seasons.

Produced by Duplass Brothers Productions, the series voiced New York City animals including rats, pigeons, and bedbugs with guests stars including Jessica Chastain, Jonah Hill, Whoopi Goldberg and Emilia Clarke, amongst others.

Described as “edgy and irreverent” the adult series drew 200,00 US viewers in Live+same day for its season 3 finale.

It aired in Australia on Comedy.
