After a commanding innings victory in the First Test, Australia is aiming to win the series against Sri Lanka in Canberra and reclaim the Warne-Muralitharan trophy.

West Australian Marcus Stoinis has been added to the national squad, as Australia’s batsmen go in search of elusive centuries when they take to the crease at Manuka Oval.

Sri Lanka has called Chamika Karunaratne into their squad to cover for injuries to Lahiru Kumara and Dushmantha Chameera, however captain Dinesh Chandimal will be hoping his batting line-up can deliver a better result than the First Test.

    1. Don’t think that would be a typo. Tim is 67, he’s probably having a break before the footy season or perhaps he has other commitments with family etc. Alister Nicholson is a good caller adds a bit of much needed humour to the ABC’s footy coverage.
