Prolific US Ryan Murphy has his first Netflix original series, Hollywood.
Co-created with Ian Brennan (Glee, Scream Queens), he described the series as a “love letter to the Golden Age of Tinseltown.” No further details are available.
Principal photography will begin mid year.
Murphy recently signed a massive $300 million (AU$421m) overall deal with Netflix and has two shows produced by 20th Century Fox Television for the streaming platform: Ratched, his One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest prequel series starring Sarah Paulson, and The Politician with Ben Platt.
