Nine has surprisingly scheduled US fantasy series Timeless from next week -it first debuted in 2016.
The time-travelling series features Abigail Spencer, Matt Lanter, Malcolm Barrett, Paterson Joseph & Goran Višnjić.
There are 28 episodes in total after a two season run in the US.
To quote Wikipedia, “NBC cancelled the series after one season, three days later, following negotiations with Sony Pictures Television, NBC renewed the series for a ten-episode second season, which premiered on March 11, 2018. In June 2018, the series was cancelled again by NBC. In July, NBC announced it had ordered a two-part finale to conclude the series, which aired on December 20, 2018.”
Must be some sort of slowtracking, time-travelling irony?
9:10pm Tuesday April 30 on Nine.

I binged watched this at the end of last year, the first season is good but then it starts to go off the rails and the ending is a bit slap dash.
Can’t see it staying at that time for very long-a surprise that 9 would even consider it that early-more of an 11.00 or midnight start type of thing a la the similar ‘Time After Time’ on 7 a couple of years back..
They should drop all the episodes onto 9Now to binge watch.
