Across the night Seven led from 5:30 – 7, then Nine from 7:30 – 9;10, 10 from 9:10 to 9:50 and then ABC until 11pm.

The Voice won its slot with 963,000 and topped two older demos ahead of 7:30 (671,000), House Rules (668,000), Australian Story (619,000) and MasterChef Australia (600,000).

New SBS series Medicine or Myth? pulled 330,000, a promising start for the broadcaster.

In the end Nine won Monday with 28.7% then Seven 26.4%, ABC 19.4%, 10 18.2% and SBS 7.3%.

Seven News was #1 with 1.16m / 1.09m for Seven. Home and Away was 727,000 and The Chase was  633,000 / 373,000. 9-1-1 drew 416,000 and God Friended Me was 178,000.

Nine News was 988,000 / 967,000 for Nine then A Current Affair 820,000, then Hot Seat (549,000 / 321,000) an Elvis All-Star Tribute Special was 382,000. In select cities were Footy Classified (104,000) and 100% Footy (50,000).

ABC News was 786,000 for ABC. Media Watch was 527,000 then Four Corners (517,000), Q&A (520,000) and The Drum (226,000.

Have You Been Paying Attention? led for 10 at 673,000 and topped the 16-39 demo. The Project pulled 486,000 / 281,000 then 10 News First (419,000), Celebrity Name Game (246,000) and a replay of Mr. Black (242,000).

On SBS it was Great American Railroad Journeys (192,000), 24 Hours in Emergency (160,000), SBS World News (128,000) and Mastermind (106,000).

Floogals on ABC KIDS topped multichannels at 173,000.
