Studio 10‘s roving reporter David Robinson is leaving the show after 6 years.
Robinson, who filed a variety of colour pieces, has been with the show since its inception, and been with Network 10 for 13 years.
This morning host Sarah Harris said, “We are all behind you Robbo, and we can’t wait to see what you do next.”
Joe Hildebrand added, “He’s so smart, a thoroughly, wonderful decent human being.”

Talented, creative people need not apply. Original thinking, unique talent and programming disappeared when David Mott left the building. They only recycle garbage now. Ten seems to lurch from one controversy to the next which seems to indicate a cultural problem within the network.
Best of luck to Robbo! He’ll be on our screens again, prominently, in no time…
What a talent he was, hopefully he surfaces somewhere else in the future with an on-air role.
Btw, it’s David Robinson.
Many thanks.
This show seems to have lots of departures.
He was a really good member of the team, though his appearances have been few and far between for quite a long time now.
Strange it’s just been announced now. He hasn’t even appeared on the show in months. Was absent from the show for many months, then returned but only briefly. Hope everything’s OK with him & wish him all the best in his future endeavours. It’s clear the Studio 10 team will miss him.
Yeah he hasn’t posted on social media since April. I hope he gets through whatever is going on. Great reporter, always fun to watch.
