Paul Murray Live Our Town was live from the snowy alpine region of Thredbo last night, the sixth location of ten regional broadcasts this year.
Guy Sebastian performed, along with the announcement of $40,000 raised to support the Snowy Monaro local community.
Paul Whittaker, SKY News Chief Executive said: “Last night Paul Murray Live Our Town showcased the unique stories and the incredible spirit of regional NSW and its magnificent alpine region to our national television audience. The fundraising efforts have been tremendous, and to date Paul Murray Live Our Town, with our partners, have raised $220,000.”
Paul Murray, said: “From the beaches to the snowfields, Aussies want to help people who are doing it tough. I’m so proud of how every community has responded to the show and can’t wait for our next stop on this very special tour.”
