A teaser has been released for the long-overdue The New Pope, a second series sequel to The Young Pope, starring Jude Law.
It also features John Malkovich with returning Silvio Orlando, Javier Cámara, Cécile de France, Ludivine Sagnier and Maurizio Lombardi plus guest stars Sharon Stone and Marilyn Manson.
This is again an HBO-Sky Atlantic co-production meaning it will screen in Australia on SBS. The broadcaster had previously indicated a late September run for this, but as HBO is yet to confirm their date, that may move.
