LifeStyle hits refresh

"We Are Family." It's a new logo and brand feel for the LifeStyle suite.

LifeStyle has unveiled its new look for LifeStyle, LifeStyle Home and LifeStyle Food channels.

It comes as Love It Or List it Australia returns tonight, joined by Find Me A Beach House.

Group General Manager Wendy Moore said: “This is a first step in a new evolution for the LifeStyle brand and channels. After significant audience research and analytics, the team have created a new brand position to align us with our audience like never before. LifeStyle will be a network that connects with Australian women and helps to inspire, celebrate and reflect her life – all summed up with our new tagline ‘We are family’.

“Exclusive, quality content that creates an emotional connection between our brands and our audience will ensure we attract a new, excited audience as well as retaining our existing loyal customer. Our new branding and messaging is confident, modern, fresh and exciting – it clearly identifies LifeStyle as an authentic, empowering brand that helps our audience feel better about their world.”

LifeStyle’s suite of channels will also include Arena.

Tonight’s line-up will see the return of the third season of hugely popular Love It Or List it Australia at 8.30pm, with hosts Andrew Winter and Neale Whitaker helping Australian homeowners with one of life’s big dilemmas – renovate or relocate. From floorplans requiring a compass to navigate to homes too small for a growing family, postcode envy and beachside dreams – Andrew and Neale have their work cut out for them swaying homeowners to make the right decision… theirs!

Also tonight, Deborah Hutton makes a long awaited return to lifestyle television with new local production Find Me A Beach House. Premiering at 9.30pm, the 10-part Foxtel Original follows Deborah as she helps buyers across Australia discover their perfect beach-side retreat. From Sydney’s iconic Northern beaches to the cliffs and coastlines of Melbourne’s Mornington Peninsula, each episode takes viewers to a new location where buyers with a variety of budgets are introduced to three different properties that combine all they are looking for in one tailored package.

On Thursday, October 3 at 8.30pm Foxtel’s deliciously successful series The Great Australian Bake Off returns for a fourth season. Judged by acclaimed chef Matt Moran and culinary icon Maggie Beer, and hosted by Mel Buttle and Claire Hooper, the series follows a diverse group of bakers as they are put through a series of baking challenges with the hope of being named Australia’s Best Amateur Baker.

Currently in production and set to air in early 2020 is Scott Pape’s Money Movement – the new four-part documentary series from the best-selling author and media commentator. Scott Pape’s Money Movement follows behind the scenes as Scott launches a financial revolution that he hopes will change the nation – starting with kids in school.

This new documentary series joins a stellar line-up of Lifestyle favourites also set to return in 2020, including Selling Houses Australia S13, Gogglebox Australia S11 and Grand Designs Australia S9. For viewers wanting to catch up on past seasons, these much-loved series are available to stream now On Demand.

  1. Are they for real?! Arena (Project Runway, Top Chef, etc) leaving the basic package is the last straw for me, after they dumped the Turner Classics. My blood boils!

  2. The new red lifestyle logo reminds me of a Furniture store logo. The onscreen logo looks terrible. It just looks like a white box in the corner . I’m not happy having to pay an extra tier payment for Arena channel, which has always been part of the basic package.
