Seven News, The Block, HYBPA? lead on Monday

Ratings: Nine wins Monday, but 10 tops the demos.

Nine and 10 battled it out in the 7:30 slot last night, after Seven led before 6pm.

The Block won its slot with 978,000 a lift on last Monday’s 906,000. But it wasn’t enough to top the demos.

Australian Survivor‘s 810,000, also up on last week, managed to top the 16-39 demo.

Next were 7:30 594,000 Australian Story 549,000 Highway Patrol 499,000 Motorbike Cops 485,000

Have You Been Paying Attention? won its slot at 819,000 and led in 25-54s, ahead of Four Corners (557,000), Media Watch (533,000) and This Time Next Year (515,000)

Nine won Monday with a 28.9% share then Seven 25.1%, 10 22.2%, ABC 17.0% and SBS 6.8%.

Nine News (1.02m / 967,000) led for Nine. A Current Affair was 827,000 then Hot Seat (496,000 / 305,000).

Seven News was #1 with 1.07m / 1.05m for Seven. Home and Away (674,000) and The Chase (611,000 / 365,000). The Rookie was 384,000 and SWAT was 254,000.

The Project was 515,000 / 299,000 for 10 then 10 News First (432,000), Montreal Comedy Festival (330,000) and Celebrity Name Game (231,000).

ABC News (751,000), Q&A (266,000) and The Drum (194,000) comprised ABC’s remaining shows.

On SBS it was Elizabeth (169,000), 24 Hours in Emergency (152,000), SBS World News (131,000) and Mastermind (70,000).

Bluey led multichannels on 169,000.

Today: 213,000
News Breakfast: 134,000 / 41,000.

  1. Gee HYBPA was very funny last night. Nothing personal Janine but gee it was good seeing you get voted out last night on Survivor ! Oh that Harry is one evil dude !

    1. It felt a little anticlimactic to me. Which is odd because this season has been amazing and has had some true “Wow” moments… but perhaps the one I’ve been looking forward to the most (the Janine blindside) was a little underwhelming

      1. I thought it was great, some of the tribals have been sometimes obvious. It was refreshing the way it was edited to really sway towards Baden. It was fantastic in my opinion.
