  1. Total Control has been absolutely brilliant.
Best local drama by far for 2019.
A really outstanding cast but Deborah Mailman, William McInnes and Harry Richardson are exceptional.
So pleased to hear it that this is not the end of the story.

  2. I only watched Hamish and Andy because nothing else took my fsncy but so happy I did. So funny, especially the buses. Hamish boxing chilli was very funny but also pretty grose him slobbering!

  3. At least Zumbo’s Just Desserts has essentially paid for itself before it aired thanks to its Netflix deal. Low ad revenue from its Seven broadcast probably isn’t as big an issue as for their other low-rating 7.30pm shows this year

    1. The Sunday GN showing on Ch10 Iis I believe an ‘encore’ screening (aka ‘another chance to see’ or otherwise known in old money as a good ol’fashioned repeat!)
Believe it originates on Ch10 on a Friday evening – which presumably is normally the show that first went out in the UK late the previous Friday night. New eps screen 10.35pm Fridays on BBC One.

  4. Pangolins and Total Control were my viewing highlights. Total Control final was everything I hoped it would be. I applaud everyone involved in bringing such brilliance to our screens.

  5. Disappointing more people didn’t watch ZJD last night, the first episode might have been a little rocky but it was still good. Something I would change is that when they brought up their desserts to the Judges they just left them there and walked back to their benches where as in MasterChef they always brought them back. Just interrupts the flow a bit. Still a good show though.

  6. I’m surprised 7two did so well (3.8%). Listed in TV Week as ‘TBA’, and non stop Border Security repeats. The same four episodes were repeated twice in case you missed it the first time!
