Ohh Malcolm just go away, you’ve had your time in the spotlight. Ex politicians should just fade away into the sunset.
What about John Hewson, Amanda Vanstone, Jeff Kennett, Peter Beattie, just to name a few ex pollies who’ve made a living from commentating post politics. Public life doesn’t just end when you are unceremoniously whiteanted and subsequently resign. I think we’ll be seeing a lot more of Malcolm, maybe even in the Jungle, or on the Dancefloor ?
Interesting Turnbull is happy to appear again now he’s not PM.
Malcolm loves an audience, and he had a lot of interesting things to say, he’ll be in his element critiquing the current Government’s performance, or lack thereof ?
This will be good, and the Lefty in me is glad there will be no current LNP politicians to ruin the night.
Tony should have just invited Malcolm and Anthony as most of the questions will be for them, the curiosity will be if Mr Turnbull will be wearing a leather jacket as he did in his earlier appearances on the show, just for old times sake.
I agree with JamieL in that Malcolm and Anthony should be the only guests. So no musician to wrap up Q & A? Best wishes Tony Jones for the future.
