Returning: The Real Housewives of Johannesburg

Season 2 of African reality series comes to Arena.

Season 2 of African reality series The Real Housewives of Johannesburg is on Arena later this month.

Glamour is not a question, money is not an issue and drama’s the name of the game. Five new game-changing queens along with two fan favourites are here. Christall Kay returns to take viewers on a journey with her growing music career. Viewers will also get a glimpse into her charitable side. Also returning is Brinnette Seopela. The cosmetic entrepreneur is on the rise with major plans. Golf is the new love in her life as she rebuilds and reinvents her business. Among these driven ladies is Welkom-born Lebo Jojo Gunguluza, who is married to a well-known businessman, Lebo Gunguluza. She has published the South African Music Awards (Samas) magazine for the past five years and was dubbed SA’s youngest publisher. Lethabo ‘Lejoy’ Mathatho is hard to miss with banging blonde locks and a personality to match. Lethabo is a radio and TV presenter who studied journalism and has become a role model in her community on a mission to empower those less fortunate. Nompumelelo “Mrs Mops” Mophatlane is the quintessential housewife married to an IT mogul, Isaac Mophatlane. As a drama and theatre graduate, Mrs Mops is sure to bring the drama to this group of ladies. Mpho Merriweather is a free-spirited Botswanaborn, UK-raised mother of five. She is a Afropunk project manager and trained jewellery designer. She is considered the life of a party and a global nomad. Tarina Patel is a Bollywood star and businesswoman. The psychology (cumlaude) graduate has been in a number of Bollywood films and SA soapies.
