The second Bledisloe Cup kicks off on Sunday live from Eden Park, Auckland.

Matt Burke and Scott Mackinnon host the broadcast with the voice of rugby, Gordon Bray.

Matt Burke said: “Under the new coach David Rennie, the Aussie side showed heart, showed ticker. Everything we come to expect from our Wallabies. They put themselves in a position to win a game, but this Sunday is whole different story. What we did last week doesn’t count for anything. Australia has poked the bear, but our bears have awoken as well. One thing for sure, it’s great that everyone is talking about rugby again.”

After trailing 13-3 in the early minutes of the second half, the Wallabies hit the All Blacks with an almighty comeback. Reece Hodge’s monumental 60 metre penalty kick was millimetres away from giving the Wallabies a spectacular 1-0 series lead, in turn breaking a curse which hasn’t seen the Aussies win on NZ turf in 19 years. What followed was a manic and breathless end to the most intense of Test matches with the two sides deadlocked at 16-all after eight minutes of overtime mayhem.

One of the last men in green and gold to ever taste victory across the ditch, is legendary Wallaby and 10 Sport’s, Matt Burke, who walked away as Man of The Match in the epic 2001 Bledisloe clash.

1.30pm AEDT Sunday on 10.
