  1. If channel 10 had out half the advertising of I’m a Celebrity into the pops orchestra concert it would have been so much better.. The “talent” list for celeb leaked last week and they’re still running the guess the celeb adds 1626277 times a day -face palms-

  2. John Foreman’s Gala was an exciting alternative to ABC, although I really don’t think 10 really did enough to advertise it. Hopefully they can do it again next year…as always, ABC’s concert was quite a blast!

  3. I believe the pro-forma rundowns submitted to City of Sydney, should they been able to buy the night were:
10 – Commercials 20mins, I’m a Celebrity promos 20 mins, I’m a Celebrity cross-promos and ‘live’ crosses to the jungle 10 mins, music acts 10 mins. Repeat for next 2 hours.
9 – As above, replace I’m a Celebrity with Married at First Sight.
Congratulations ABC for a great 3 hours of entertainment. A well-deserved #1 for the night.

  4. Last night, i watched the ABC NYE via iView and the lineup was fantastic. Vera Blue nailed the concert with Fleetwood Mac’s single, Dreams. As well, the final song was You’ve Got the Love which made me feel happy.

  5. Oh wow John Foreman’s event had tiny numbers. I watched that one and once it finished flipped to ABC’s coverage. I can’t imagine the broadcast being anywhere else now, the concert on ABC is better than what anyone else ever did.
