New Amazon Prime movie Horizon Line begins on Friday starring Allison Williams and Alexander Dreymon.

I’m going to predict this will be either heaps fun or heaps crappy.

I have enough trouble with Microsoft Flight Simulator.

From the creators of 10 Cloverfield Lane and The Shallows, Horizon Line is a thrilling survival story about two former lovers, Sara (Allison Williams) and Jackson (Alexander Dreymon) who discover new altitudes of fear aboard a single-engine Cessna plane. It was supposed to be a routine and casual 99-minute flight to their friend’s tropical island wedding. But within minutes after takeoff, their pilot suffers a fatal heart attack, leaving Sara and Jackson with no idea where they are, no comms, and no clue how to land the plane. With nothing but miles of ocean and sky in every direction, and a terrifying storm that’s about to envelop them, Sara and Jackson have only one shot – and there’s no going back.

    Just watched it… definitely the latter. I highly suggest viewing this with your brain turned to the Off position.

  2. Wow, everything happening all at once, there must be a surreal influence at work.
    This movie sounds to me like a J.J Abrams plot, I shall watch with curiosity.
    Amazon Prime do need to sort their streaming app out, the quality of offerings vary considerably from excellent to the amateurish C grade stuff commonly found on free sites, and some movies don’t always have subtitles for some foreign language dialogue, for a mega rich company this is very poor indeed.
