  1. I agree, last night was one of the best and one of the most funniest episodes. Lloyd is hysterical but he just says everything with a straight face.

  2. That was one of the most absurd and funniest episodes of HYBPA? on TV yesterday night. And it’s difficult to say that because there a lot of good episodes. If you’re a fan, I’d recommend checking it out on 10 play or check the encore showing on TV if it’s being shown again. It sometimes ends up in one of the ‘to be announced’ timeslots.

  3. Big Brother again last night was terrible. Channel 7 keep saying its bigger and better than ever but its getting worse and worse and pushing this love crap makes me wanna vomit. They need to stop the nomination talk for starters (its all we hear about now). Also must say i know its been happening forever but single programs like The Apprentice should not be coded this way every night. Enough is enough. It has to stop. The only time its acceptable imo is when a winner is announced.

    1. I remember in the Channel 9 Big Brother days there was so many commenters here discussing the latest episode. Now with 7’s version there’s only a few comments and usually from not very happy fans.

    1. Agreed, Ed is boring, just have Sam as regular panellist. Bring in new comedians. Hot off the press idea!! Network 10 to bring back… Thank God You’re Here, but so you think your a comedian?

    2. Agree on bringing in some new blood. I’d also like to see Ann & Lloyd on the same show just for the chaos that will ensue.

Add me to the faction who’s tired of Ed but he hasn’t won the last couple of weeks, so that’s been slightly reinvigorating.

    1. It’s a little bit left slanted seldomly, but I don’t mind because it’s not overbearing and done with humour. I think it’s an inner-Melbourne production and some shows reflect the specific locations and audience. As well as the Melbourne tertiary alumni background of the Working Dog group. It’s similar to the productions from ABC from inner-Sydney Ultimo. Tom did mentioned there were ScoMo fans in the audience after telling a joke and hearing their reaction. It’s a matter of being conscious of the viewing audience across Australia.

  4. The team from HYBPA did an admirable job last year to keep the showing going during the early days of COVID, but the show is so much better and funnier with everyone in the studio, along with a live audience. A highlight of my TV watching week.

  5. Big Brother getting boring…..and enough of the physical challenges favouring the fittest contestants. If they truly want to be poor man’s Survivor throw in some mind challenges too …

    1. Ive been saying this too its unbearable now! Gives a puzzle my god.

Its really starting to drag now too. No need for this stupid new twist which in reality just prolongs the season and means only 1 person leaves this week.

      1. Doesn’t help that producers manipulate when evicted stay so they keep the controversial ones. Adding 5 intruders was ridiculous, way too many, and done after half original housemates had gone! Every challenge is physical, need some variety. Challenge winner should only nominate 1 housemate. Other 2 should be by vote with no discussion, as it used to be.

      2. Agree completely. Even Survivor has a bigger variety of challenges to make it fair on everyone.

I’ve found the shows to be boring and fast forward through a lot – challenges, same people win. Interview with Sonia is the same talk we’re saw in the “scramble” segment. If they want to go another season (beyond VIP) they need to change a lot.

But classic channel seven won’t listen to the fans…

  6. I don’t know how many episodes 7 have planed BB to run for, but what’s the deal with all the Fake Eviction rounds … when the premises of the show is based around “who’s going next” having a high number of non-eliminations takes the wind out of the sails

      1. Yes, In Sydney we had Melbourne news for about 20 minutes, starting with a story about a train tunnel in Melbourne, then 3 or 4 stories we already had on Sydney news before the crash and ad break.
