Aussie Josh Giddey is touted as a potential top-ten pick, projected to join to the Memphis Grizzlies.

The 2021 NBA Draft is expected to be one of the most surprising editions in some time, with another Aussie Josh Giddey touted as a potential top-ten pick, projected to join to the Memphis Grizzlies.

The Grizzlies moved up from pick 17 to pick 10 after completing a trade with the New Orleans Pelicans, suggesting the move was designed to secure the Australian.

There is also potential of Giddey linking up with another former NBL star in LaMelo Ball, as the Charlotte Hornets sit next in line behind the Grizzlies at pick 11.

Some Mock Drafts have seen the Australian as high as pick seven, which would land Giddey at the Golden State Warriors.

The Warriors sit in a prime position for a big night at the 2021 NBA Draft, having secured two picks inside the top 15.

Their first choice at the draft table comes with pick seven, having acquired that choice from the Minnesota Timberwolves.

The Detroit Pistons have possession of the number one pick and Oklahoma State point guard Cade Cunningham remains favored to be the ‘franchise changing prospect’ they turn to.

While Cunningham is the clear favourite to be taken with the first pick in the draft, there is still much conjecture over the remaining draft choices.

Houston Rockets sit at number two in the draft order, and will have to make a decision between shooting guard Jalen Green and seven-foot centre Evan Mobley.

Hoops fans will not miss a moment of the 2021 NBA Draft, as ESPN.com.au provides in-depth editorial coverage of the showpiece event.
