Axed: Cursed

Perhaps living up to its title, sprawling Arthurian fantasy series Cursed has been axed by Netflix after just one season.

Starring Aussie Katherine Langford as Nimue, Devon Terrell as Arthur and Gustaf Skarsgård as Merlin, the series was based on the best-selling novel of the same title by Tom Wheeler and Frank Miller.

It also featured Aussie Shalom Brune-Franklin plus Peter Mullan.

Deadline reports the cast has been released to pursue other opportunities.
