  1. With a US premiere this Thursday and worldwide at the same tine , very odd that Netflix do not even have it as an upcoming show nor anything re season 4 on Star Trek Discovery link on Netflix.

  2. The trailer indicates that Star Trek: Discovery could potentially end with a big bang. I sense season 4 may end up as Discovery’s final season, like the (2001) Star Trek: Enterprise, ‘Discovery’ fans could potentially be left in story limbo. Even with all the CGI on view in the trailer you can see the producers are teasing fans with what will be missed and maybe what’s to come. If what I read is correct the Star Trek franchise potentially has a lot to offer with the prospective new shows coming.

    1. The Star Trek: Discovery spin-off Star Trek: Strange New Worlds may end up broadcast elsewhere, possibly on CBS All Access.
Personally I think ‘Strange New Worlds’ would be a good follow on series for Netflix but maybe they have other plans.
My reading suggests that ‘Strange New Worlds’ is more in keeping with early Star Trek story concepts which recent shows had diverted from.
