  1. Very upset that The Cheap Seats and HYBPA? have ended for the year as I really enjoyed the shows, the laughs and the sociability of the shows. That’s what TV is like. That’s a good thing because it shows how much the programs are appreciated. They are like an extended family. It’s the same with other shows where people feel a loss when they end for the season, or it’s in the off-season for some months. I hope The Cheap Seats and HYBPA? can come back for Christmas specials at the least. It would mean a lot for the viewers, but can understand if they have to take the time off.

  2. Think that will be the last of Big Brother VIP. Doubt Seven will bring that back given the reported costs of bringing some of these “VIPs” here vs the numbers it got. Honestly it was a boring show from the beginning with a few good moments but it was dull. I really hope that Seven do something to the format for its next season of the original because the repetitiveness of it all is tiring. They need to mix it up and inject some light into it but the format is basically like a few chats, a challenge, then an eviction. Rinse and repeat over the series with a few twitss.

Dog House is a surprise hit. I mean 500k isn’t blowing them away considering just a couple of years ago a show getting that would have likely been axed immediately but the tv landscape has changed but good on 10 for winning something because it doesn’t happen very often for them bar a few shows.

    1. I haven’t watched either dog show. The biggest problem for PP is that the juggernaut that is MAFS was on at the same time. Big Brother beaten by two repeats and a dog show really speaks volumes. I can’t see Seven doing a VIP/celeb season next year.

I’ve really enjoyed this season of the Cheap Seats. Hope it returns next year.

    2. I have no surprises about The Dog House being the surprise hit of the year. It’s commendable of the creator or creators as it takes advantage of the trend for dog and cat videos that have been popular on social media, especially for people like me that can’t have or don’t have space for pets (other than goldfish) in the house or property. It has taken advantage of a real niche market and congratulations to them.
