  1. It was surprisingly enjoyable, mindless TV which is great for this time of year but it did drag on for way too long. I thought the result was wrong though; he had a terrible bun, they both screwed up the patties to varying degrees (interesting that they mentioned Anna’s being too lean but Mitch’s had even less fat from what we saw plus his was touch from the added salt) and he only got the cayenne pepper right because he bought in the other guy, plus he left off an ingredient as well. Like how does getting the right spice cancel out so many other issues, whereas Anna’s looked and sounded better but just had slightly less kick on the onions because she used jalapeno pepper instead of cayenne.
