Nine has won their first week of 2022 ratings survey.
With the first two weeks going to Seven with the Winter Olympics, last week Nine flexed its schedule muscle with Married at First Sight far too strong for the competition.
That came at the same time as SAS: Australia underperformed for Seven and 10 competitive mostly with one show, Australian Survivor.
Meanwhile ABC News dominated the multichannel space largely due to events in Europe, and Eurovision: Australia Decides gave SBS its best night of the week.

Does the unofficial rule of not including the Olympics in survey include the Winter Olympics?
“With the first two weeks going to Seven with the Winter Olympics…”
It’s a fair question…. while I thought they would be dropped I am advised this hasn’t happened in the past. It will be a sticking point if the results are close.
