Airdate: Academy Awards 2022

Seven will screen the 94th Academy Awards Live later this month.

Regina Hall, Amy Schumer and Wanda Sykes will host from the Dolby Theatre in LA -the first time any have undertaken hosting duties.

“We want people to get ready to have a good time. It’s been a while,” they said in a brief statement.

Academy President David Rubin and Academy CEO Dawn Hudson added, “Hosting this star-studded party are three powerful, funny women inviting us to laugh and cheer for the year’s best and brightest in film.”

Seven will broadcast Live from 11am AEDT Monday March 28 (following red carpet coverage by Sunrise / The Morning Show).

It will be repeated in the evening from 9:40pm.
