Auditions: ABC new dating series

ABC is casting for a new dating documentary series from Northern Pictures, makers of Love on the Spectrum.

Producers are currently looking for single people, from anywhere in Australia, who are interested in dating but have not yet been on a date.

“There could be many reasons people haven’t yet started dating, it could be due to body or image confidence issues, or working through gender and sexuality identity, it could be that you live with a condition that you feel has held you back, or your life experience has meant that stepping into the dating world has been hard until now. There are many reasons someone may have yet to date, we aim to be inclusive – whatever your reasons, if you’re interested in this experience please get in touch and say hello. Any initial contact with us is very informal,” a casting notice announces.

“Our series will feature a diverse range of people from all walks of life, we aim to make an honest and insightful documentary series telling the stories of people we don’t see enough of on our screens.

“We are also looking for people who are interested in meeting one of our main participants for a date, we will always do our best to pair people up with a good match. So if you’re up for a fun and positive experience, feel free to write in to us.”

Applicants must aged 18 and over at this stage.
