A fifth marginal seat debate, the SKY News People’s Forum: Longman will be held on Wednesday featuring Liberal National Party MP Terry Young and Labor’s Rebecca Fanning.
Live from Queensland, the one-hour forum will be hosted by AM Agenda Host Laura Jayes and feature questions from voters.
Longman was a surprise pickup for Scott Morrison at the 2019 federal election – but on a margin of just 3.3% – it is the Coalition’s most vulnerable seat in Queensland. Both Scott Morrison and Anthony Albanese know a favourable result in Longman will be crucial in the overall race for a majority, but both major parties are polling low primary votes in the Sunshine State.
The debate will be broadcast live on Sky News and available to live stream at SkyNews.com.au and across News Corp Australia news websites including news.com.au and The Courier-Mail.
