MasterChef, Cheap Seats win Tuesday slots.

Insight pushes ahead of Nine and ABC shows, Seven wins Tuesday.

Tuesday saw a 10 double, MasterChef Australia & The Cheap Seats win evening timeslots while an SBS show edged ahead of Nine and ABC.

But it was Seven game show The Chase which topped entertainment at 611,000 / 383,000 metro viewers.

MasterChef Australia won at 542,000 then 7:30 (457,000) Celebrity Apprentice (402,000) and Big Brother (394,000).

Later The Cheap Seats led at 394,000 then The Good Doctor (205,000), Insight (202,000), Wild Territory (201,000) and  Ithaka: A Fight To Free Julian Assange (184,000).

Seven network won Tuesday with 27.8% then Nine 26.8%, 10 20.6%, ABC 15.1% and SBS 9.8%.

Seven News was #1 at 1.05m / 1.00m. Home & Away pulled 506,000 with The Rookie at 124,000.

Nine News (900,000 / 852,000) led for Nine then A Current Affair won at 653,000) with Hot Seat (459,000 / 278,000) and Nine News Late (124,000).

The Project drew 410,000 / 253,000 for 10. 10 News First was 305,000 / 202,000 with NCIS at 169,000.

ABC News was 623,000 for ABC. Space 22 (222,000), The Drum (198,000) and Our Brain (155,000) followed.

On SBS it was Great British Railway Journeys (195,000), SBS World News (169,000 / 128,000), Dateline (107,000), Mastermind (92,000) and The Feed (43,000).

Bluey led multichannels at 124,000.
