US animated comedy ends at 3 seasons.

US animation Duncanville has been axed after 3 seasons.

The comedy is averaging 641,000 US viewers and about 1.1m multiplatform viewers per episode, Deadline reports.

Co-created by Amy Poehler, Mike Scully and Julie Scully the series features the voices of Poehler, Ty Burrell, Riki Lindhome, Zach Cherry, Yassir Lester and Betsy Sodaro. It followed a spectacularly average 15-year-old boy, voiced by Poehler, with a rich fantasy life, and the people in his world.

Featured voices also include Riki Lindhome, Betsy Sodaro, Yassir Lester and Zach Cherry, Rashida Jones, Wiz Khalifa and Joy Osmanski, Kathy Najimy and Natalie Palamides.

Guest voices have included Alice Cooper, Stephen King, Jessica Simpson, Joan Jett, Jake Tapper, Dave Grohl and Poehler’s former Parks and Recreation castmates Adam Scott, Aubrey Plaza, Retta and Nick Offerman.

It screened in Australia on 9GO!
