Charity series Adventure All Stars sets “Legends” edition

Philanthropic travel series to raise funds for 31 Australian charities.

Season 2 of “socially conscious Aussie travel TV show” Adventure All Stars which raises funds for charities, will screen in October.

A third season is scheduled to air in early 2023 while a ‘Legends’ series, to film in October, will air in the second half of next year, supporting 31 Australian charities.

Adventure All Stars: Legends is a one-off special 4-part television event, which sees 48 philanthropic Australians travel to multiple exotic international destinations for a one-week trip of a lifetime.

The ‘Legends’ series will commence production in October this year and run to March 2023.

Prior to production of the series, each of the cast members are raising funds for one of the 31 nominated Australian charitable causes.

Adventure All Stars first premiered on 7TWO in Australia in 2019 and on TVNZ 1 in New Zealand in 2020. The most recent season generated close to $1.2 million for charities.

“It’s so exciting to be creating television history with our inaugural ‘Legends’ series. Raising millions of dollars to support a record 31 Australian charities has never been done before. Unlike other television shows that have a charitable component, none of our cast are paid and all net proceeds are gifted to charities. Our unique philanthropic model means our cast don’t receive an appearance fee, and instead commit to raising funds for charity and giving-back to communities across Australia. Also, let’s not forget that Adventure All Stars is a travel show which showcases incredible destinations to a global audience – filmed and presented as socially positive, harmonious, and visually spectacular television content,’ said Executive Producer, Troy Gray.

All net proceeds from the Adventure All Stars ‘Legends’ series will be gifted to 31 Australian charities – Animal Welfare League Queensland, Blue Tree Project, Charlie Teo Foundation, Cystic Fibrosis Australia, Freedom Hill Sanctuary, Friends of Mithra, Great Lakes Women’s Shelter, HAS Foundation, Headspace, Heart Support Australia, KIDS Foundation, Kulture Break, Love, Hope & Gratitude Foundation, Mindfull Aus, MND and Me Foundation, Motherless Daughters Australia, Moyamoya Australia, Myeloma Australia, Pet Medical Crisis, Pride Foundation Australia, RAISEducation, RizeUp, Ronald McDonald House Charities, Royal Society for the Blind, Samaritan’s Purse, Sea Shepherd Australia, Southern Cross Kids Camps, StandbyU Foundation, The Haven – Nepean Women’s Shelter Incorporated, Therapeutic Dog Services and This Strong Mum.
