Seven has released a first look for its upcoming reality series Kitchen Nightmares Australia, led by chef and MKR judge Colin Fassnidge.
The local version based on the hit global format with Gordon Ramsay is produced by Eureka Productions.
An airdate is yet to be announced.
Going behind the kitchen doors of a different establishment each week, Colin uses his 28 years of restaurant experience to provide honest feedback and practical insights to real-life business owners whose livelihoods are on the line.
Tensions flare and conflicts arise as Colin exposes where the kitchens go wrong, before arming the owners and staff with the secrets to running a profitable restaurant.
Can Colin’s tough love turn these restaurant owners’ kitchen nightmares into a dream?

I don’t this will work and it will be a flop IMO because when the network decide to bring this show down under I was hoping that Gordon Ramsay would come here to host it but what does Seven do, they decided to get Colin Fassnidge to host it.
I was going to watch this but Seven got the wrong guy to host it IMO so I’m not going to watch it.
OK, I think this is the first show I’ll be watching on Channel 7 in 4 years or so. Yes, that included the Olympics and Commonwealth Games.
My first in 2 years since BB… actually love this show UK version will be watching!!
I enjoyed the Uk version. Yes a little formulaic / repetitive but still mostly feel good tv and some funny personalities. I hope seven doesn’t string it out. One short sharp episode a week.
Same here. Even 2 max or 1 90 min id be happy with!! Lol
Now this is a cooking show on 7 I’d watch!
