The Chase, ACA, The Dog House win Thursday slots.

Seven News still dominates in news. Nine wins a quiet Thursday overall.

No reality juggernauts, no competition in Birmingham, and no AFL ….Thursday night was quiet viewing across the board.

The Chase led entertainment 530,000 / 323.000for Seven.

The Dog House won its slot at 438,000 then 7:30  (413,000), an extended Home & Away (419,000 / 375,000 from 7pm) and Foreign Correspondent (314,000).

Later The Front Bar was 340,000 then Law & Order: SVU (249,000) and Q+A (230,000).

Thursday Night NRL drew 382,000.

Nine network won Thursday with 28.6% then Seven 27.7%, 10 17.9%, ABC 16.9% and SBS 8.9%.

Nine News (785,000 / 773,000) was best for Nine. A Current Affair won with 584,000 then Hot Seat (407,000 / 251,000). Paramedics was 133,000 across the network with RBT (73,000) in select cities.

Seven News was #1 at 870,000 / 853,000 for Seven. In various slots were Crime Investigation Australia (210,000) and Police Strike Force (123,000).

The Project managed 315,000 / 232,000 for 10 then 10 News First  (247,000 / 184,000) with a The Cheap Seats replay (120,000).

ABC News drew 578,000 for ABC. Sammy J (288,000), The Drum (154,000) and One Plus One (97,000) followed.

On SBS it was World’s Most Scenic River Journeys (155,000), Scotland’s Sacred Islands (133,000),  SBS World News (133,000 / 127,000), The Queen At War (124,000)

The Adventures of Paddington led multichannels at 110,000.

The Morning Show: 109,000 / 72,000
Today Extra: 101,000 / 64,000
Studio 10: 36,000 / 31,000

In Total TV numbers last Thursday were:

The Dog House: 569,000
NRL: 474,000
Q+A: 312,000
Foreign Correspondent: 390,000

  1. I watched One Plus One based on your recommendation David and I thank you for it. Josh’s story wasn’t new to me but it was still nice to hear Josh speak and see how happy he is since coming out.
