Handmaid’s Tale booms in Total TV, Seven wins Thursday.
SBS drama lifts by a massive 355% in Total TV numbers. The Block and Front Bar were Thursday night winners.

Being a Thursday night and a public holiday, scheduling and viewing patterns were somewhat disrupted but despite a tie in primary channel share, Seven pipped Nine in overall share.
The Block topped entertainment at 638,000 metro viewers, defeating 7:30 (421,000), an extended Home & Away (415,000 / 384,000 from 7pm) and Foreign Correspondent (281,000).
A Grand Final edition of The Front Bar was 418,000 for Seven.
A Socceroos match on 10 drew 235,000 viewers.
Seven network won Thursday with 29.2% then Nine 28.4%, 10 18.0%, ABC 15.3% and SBS 9.1%.
Seven News was #1 at 865,000 / 855,000 for Seven. The Chase won with 483,000 /322,000.
Nine News (765,000 / 760,000) was best for Nine. A Current Affair led at 585,000 then Hot Seat (359,000 / 251,000). In select cities were Emergency was 180,000 and A+E After Dark (117,000).
The Project drew 310,000 / 179,000 for 10. 10 News First was 280,000 / 172,000. A very late Gogglebox at 10:30pm was 217,000.
ABC News pulled 572,000. Sammy J (247,000), Life that Glows (174,000), The Drum (139,000), One Plus One (82,000)Â followed.
On SBS it was SBS World News (183,000 / 141,000), Guillaume’s Paris (114,000), World’s Most Scenic River Journeys (106,000) and The Handmaid’s Tale (66,000).
7TWO’s Father Brown led multichannels at 119,000.
The Morning Show: 162,000 / 96,000
Today Extra: 153,000 / 74,000
Studio 10: 30,000 / 29,000 /

Still do not understand why 10 put one of their best shows in the graveyard time slot.
Total tv numbers …. Real representation what people watch….
Personally, hardly watch something on live tv, only news… everything on catch up, streaming….
What did the footy show do for 9?
Great to see these numbers for the handmaids tale which is having a great season so far.
