Returning: Whitstable Pearl

UK drama Whitstable Pearl returns for its second season n Acorn TV in November.

Based on the book series by Julie Wassmer, the second season finds Pearl (Kerry Goldiman) prioritising her detective work and transitioning from being a chef who solves crimes, to a full-time investigator who just happens to own a restaurant.

But as her career grows and shifts, her relationship with Mike (Howard Charles) is also changing after their fleeting romance and decision to be ‘just friends’.
