Australia must keep their ICC Men’s T20 World Cup hopes alive when they meet Sri Lanka at 9.30 tonight, screening Live on Nine.

Nine’s Wide World of Sports coverage is hosted by Roz Kelly, joined by former Australian captain Mark Taylor, Australian representative across all three forms of international cricket, Callum Ferguson, as well as specialist T20 bowler and former Australian international Steve O’Keefe.

After losing their opening fixture against New Zealand, the Aussies travel to Perth needing a convincing win over Sri Lanka to get their T20 World Cup title defence back on track.

Aussie big guns David Warner, Glenn Maxwell, Steve Smith, Josh Hazlewood and Pat Cummins are tasked with returning the green and gold to the winners circle in the electrifying T20 format.

A big week of ICC T20 World Cup cricket will play out on the 9Network and 9Now: New Zealand versus tournament underdogs Afghanistan, and two blockbuster fixtures in Australia v England on Friday night and India v South Africa on Sunday night.
