This Tik Tok video has brilliantly encapsulated the “difference between ABC weather and Channel Seven weather.”
I have no idea why two reporters were at the same location, but Sunrise‘s Sam Mac for Sunrise was doing plugs for AGT on Sunday with a bright spot from Loretta’s dancing poodles.

My favourite is Tony Auden on 7 he’s spot on, much better forecasting the weather than my old arthritic bones, he informative why weather does what it does, besides he’s a very presentable when delivering it. 😉
Was there a double booking? i dont get it. sydney is a big place
This reminds me of the episode of the Simpsons where the smarter MENSA members including Principal Skinner have booked the gazebo for a meeting, but Lenny, Carl, Barney and the other yobbos are standing around drinking in it. Glad I don’t watch commercial TV – would rather the real journalism the ABC produces each morning, like what Mahnaz produces… than watching tacky cross-promotions and the other garbage commercial TV produces each morning.
That is Mahnaz Angury….a lovely young woman and a great reporter….clear speaking….I have not trouble understanding her ( I have mild hearing issues)….She is very good at her job and I enjoy her reports!…
To be fair, it’s morning TV, watch Jane Bunn’s weather on the 6pm news for an excellent presentation. (in Melbourne)
Neither are standing in water. If you’re reporting on a flood you need to be standing in water 😉
The ABC weather is so much more appealing on every level. That 7 stuff is so cringeworthy.
