Airdate: Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story

It’s a long way off but Netflix is teasing its prequel Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story to screen in early May.

Centered on Queen Charlotte’s rise to prominence and power, the prequel tells the story of how the young Queen’s marriage to King George sparked both a great love story and a societal shift, creating the world of the ton inherited by the characters in Bridgerton.

The cast includes Golda Rosheuvel, India Amarteifio, Adjoa Andoh, Arsema Thomas, Ruth Gemmell and Connie Jenkins-Greig.
