Aussies win at New York Festivals TV & Film Awards 2023
Old People’s Home for Teenagers and The Australian Wars win Gold in New York.

Winners have been announced at the New York Festivals TV & Film Awards 2023.
UK drama Peaky Blinders earned the 2023 Grand Award.
This year’s competition received entries across 14 category groups from 43 countries worldwide from Argentina to Qatar to the United Kingdom.
ABC, SBS and Paramount+ shows all picked up wins.
Richard Huddleston, ABC Acting Head of Factual and Culture said “I am delighted to see our content being recognised at such a prestigious global event. These awards are a testament to the quality of Australian storytelling and an acknowledgement of the creativity and passion that our teams pour into their work.”
