US adventure drama National Treasure has been axed by Disney+ after just one season.
That’s disappointing news for Aussie Jordan Rodrigues who had a role in the series.
The Jerry Bruckheimer-produced series is an expansion of the National Treasure movie franchise told from the point of view of young heroine Jess (Lisette Olivera).
The cast also included Lyndon Smith, Zuri Reed, Jake Austin Walker, Antonio Cipriano, Catherine Zeta-Jones and Harvey Keitel.

We got halfway through ep 1 the other night. Decided to give it a miss. Same as Disney, apparently…
That’s really disappointing, it wasn’t groundbreaking but a nice series with plenty of opportunities for future seasons.
