Chase tops entertainment, Nine wins Thursday.

Without AFL in play last night, Nine managed a Thursday victory.

Entertainment shows were under the 500,000 mark last night.

Despite Seven winning several slots, there was no AFL in play, allowing Nine to win the night overall.

The Chase was the top entertainment show at 494,000 / 306,000.

An extended Home & Away was 416,000 / 339,000 from 7pm then I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here (409,000), 7:30 (392,000) and Foreign Correspondent (317,000),

Later Gogglebox was 386,000 then The Front Bar (295,000), Grand Designs NZ (215,000), Britain’s Got Talent (various slots 207,000) and Asking For It (107,000).

NRL across Nine network drew 399,000.

Nine network won Thursday with 29.0% then Seven 26.0%, 10 19.9%, ABC 15.2% and SBS 9.9%.

Nine News was 736,000 / 725,000 with A Current Affair winning at 608,000. Hot Seat was 356,000 / 224,000. Paramedics was 155,000 across the network.

Seven News was #1 at 870,000 / 811,000 for Seven.

The Project drew 239,000 / 165,000. 10 News First was 222,000 / 144,000. An SVU repeat was 168,000.

ABC News was 522,000. The Drum (161,000) and Miriam & Alan: Lost In Scotland (129,000) followed.

On SBS it was SBS World News (147,000 / 117,000), The Murdochs: Empire of Influence (144,000), Mastermind (70,000) and Conviction: The Case Of Stephen Lawrence (41,000).

Bluey led multichannels again at 131,000.

The Morning Show: 127,000 / 121,000
Today Extra: 111,000 / 52,000

Gogglebox: 698,000
Home & Away:  793,000
I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here: 723,000
Grand Designs NZ: 367,000
Foreign Correspondent: 445,000

  1. Its always great to get a weekly glimpse at how the mid/late morning shows on 7 and 9 are performing. Mr. Knox, do we have any ratings figures for Studio 10 in its current 10am-Noon timeslot? Many thanks!

  2. Apparently not all that many were ‘Asking For It’-beaten by the Murdoch doco that was well out of date (I watched the 1st part last week but it was odd with a truly bizarre take on Keith Murdoch and Australia’s involvement in WW1).
