Mouthful-series High School Musical: The Musical: The Series will wrap with its upcoming fourth season on Disney+.
The meta series surrounds a bunch of teens who stage High School Musical: The Musical as their school production, and was filmed where the original movies were shot.
In Season 4 the Wildcats return to East High after an epic summer at Camp Shallow Lake and prepare a stage production of “High School Musical 3: Senior Year.” But plans are disrupted when Principal Gutierrez announces that Disney has decided to make High School Musical 4: The Reunion at the school.
Series regulars include Joshua Bassett, Sofia Wylie, Dara Reneé, Julia Lester, Frankie Rodriguez, Kate Reinders, Liamani Segura, Mark St. Cyr, Matt Cornett, Larry Saperstein, Joe Serafini, Adrian Lyles and Saylor Bell Curda play recurring roles. New cast members are Kylie Cantrall, Matthew Sato, Caitlin Reilly and Vasthy Mompoint.
I vote for a further incarnation…. High School Musical: The Musical: The Series: The Reboot.
