Warnie dips but Nine wins Monday
The Chase tops entertainment. HYBPA? wins slot. Million Dollar Island and Today both pull low numbers on Monday.

Nine’s Warnie drama dipped in its second outing at 434,000 metro viewers last night, down from its Sunday debut of 528,000.
But Nine still managed to win Monday night (including on the primary channel) which bodes well for drama in an early evening slot.
7:30 won the slot with 565,000 then MasterChef Australia (485,000), Australian Story (430,000) and Million Dollar Island just 257,000.
Later Have You Been Paying Attention scored with 526,000 then Media Watch (491,000), Four Corners (485,000), Police Rescue Australia (226,000), and 911 (181,000).
Women’s Ashes Series on 9GEM drew up to 186,000.
Nine network won Monday with 28.6% then Seven 24.2%, 10 20.3%, ABC 18.5% and SBS 8.4%.
Nine News (834,000 / 829,000) was best for Nine. A Current Affair won at 676,000 then Hot Seat (429,000 / 287,000). Nine News Late was 169,000 with Footy Classified at 100,000 in 3 cities.
Seven News was #1 at 1.02m / 973,000. The Chase topped entertainment at 645,000 / 404,000. Home & Away was 472,000. 911: Lone Star was 134,000.
The Project drew 321,000 / 186,000 for 10. 10 News First was 237,000 / 175,000. Just for Laughs Australia was 208,000.
ABC News pulled 614,000. Jonestown: Terror in the Jungle (180,000) and The Drum (177,000) followed.
On SBS it was SBS World News (158,000 / 110,000), Legends End: the Loch Ness Monster Story (134,000), The Great House Revival (99,000), 24 Hours in Emergency (61,000)
Sunrise: 218,000
Today: 164,000
News Breakfast: 94,000 / 45,000

I don’t know why Seven don’t just bite the bullet and accept Million Dollar Island is a disaster, bring The Voice back and move Island to air after it or to a multichannel. Nine’s new adventure show Rush has been given a leg up with such pathetic competition from Seven and a Masterchef season that’s gone on way too long on Ten.
With Ashes and State of Origin still in play The Voice would not win anyway, plus Wimbledon next week.
I went in to Warnie with very low expectations and to be honest I found Sunday nights relatively enjoyable, but wow what a mess last nights part was. And don’t get me started on the last ad break only to come back for them to pretty much play the credits.
