Airdate: The Inspired Unemployed (Impractical) Jokers

New prankster series is coming to 10 and Paramount+ in August.

10 has released a promo and premiere date for its pranking series The Inspired Unemployed (Impractical) Jokers, featuring four Australians who have become big on social media.

Ex-tradies Jack Steele and Matt Ford have amassed 3.8 million followers via Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and Facebook. The eight-part series is produced by Warner Bros. International Television Production Australia.

Join Jack, Liam, Dom and Falcon as they egg each other on to make absolute fools of themselves in a public setting. With no one else in on the joke, the foursome compete to embarrass each other in the biggest way possible, with those failing at the task given a humiliating punishment.

All captured by hidden cameras, it’s awkwardness at its absolute best with sidesplittingly hilarious outcomes.

Time is TBA Wednesday, 9 August on 10 (entire series also on Paramount+).

  1. I was wondering when we’d get an Aussie adaptation of Impractical Jokers. It’s just such a shame that wider Australia never got to experience the brilliance of the original US version. There was two seasons on Netflix at one stage, but otherwise the series is Foxtel locked, and they don’t seem to respect it.
