Rita Ora joins The Masked Singer (USA)

The Voice Australia coach Rita Ora will also be on the guessing panel of The Masked Singer USA.

The UK pop star is to replace Nicole Scherzinger on the US version of The Masked Singer after Scherzinger signed up to star in London’s West End as Norma Desmond in Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Sunset Boulevard (!).

She will join Ken Jeong, Jenny McCarthy-Wahlberg and Robin Thicke for Season 11, which will launch in 2024.

Ora, best known for her pop hits including “R.I.P.” and “How We Do (Party)”, has previously been on the guessing panel of the British version of the show.

And been a judge on The X Factor UK. Nice work if you can get it?

  1. The broadcaster in the UK have also announced a small overlapping / conflict in filming – while Rita will film the grand final US, she is due to miss the first one or two episodes of the UK.
